"Since the beginning of the year, Federal Executive authorities have planned to conduct about 201.5 thousand inspections of entrepreneurs, including on-site tax and scheduled on-site customs inspections.
Over the past three weeks (from March 18 to April 3), the authorities have taken decision to cancel, suspend or complete a large number of planned and ongoing control and supervisory activities that require direct interaction.
So, during the specified period, Federal authorities suspended more than 43 thousand inspections as not meeting the exceptions in the Government decree" "Already as of April 3, FEDERAL BODIES OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES is carrying out 2 times less checks than it was on March 18: 14.6 thousand instead of 27.7 thousand, and some completely suspended the conduct of verification activities.
Rosobrnadzor, the Federal service for state registration, ROS guard of FSB of Russia, Rospatent, Ministry of culture, the Ministry of industry and trade, the Ministry of economic development of Russia, Ministry of transport, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and Rosfinmonitoring are not currently carrying out the inspections.
It is noted that Rosreestr, which actually carried out more than 2,3 thousand inspections (as of March, 18), has completely reduced them (100% reduction) and at the moment is not conducting any checks.
As of April 3, there are still just over 7 % of the total number of inspections assigned – these are checks that are not yet procedurally completed, but are at the final stage"
