As a guarantee of business rights, the draft law defines an exhaustive list of all types of public and municipal control and concise legal regulation of all possible forms of state control and supervision activities in relation to business.

The corresponding order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 999-r of May 23, 2017 was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
