Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of Economic Development “On measures to expand the application of the risk-based approach in the organization of certain types of state control (supervision) activities”.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia “On defining general requirements for the development and approval of checklists (lists of control questions).”

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has summed up the results of regular monitoring of the quality of providing electronic services by the constituent territory of the Russian Federation. The experts analyzed 1310 priority services provided by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local government bodies on the Unified Portal gosuslugi.ru and regional portals of public and municipal services.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia presented the rating of the regions on the provision of public and municipal services by the Public Service Centers based on the data of the fourth quarter of 2016.

The rating was compiled based on questionnaires submitted by 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Each of the questionnaires contained a number of quality parameters for organizing control and supervisory activities, including regulatory and legislative support for state control (supervision), accounting of controlled entities and the results of inspections, the application of the risk-based approach when conducting state control (supervision), the efficiency assessment of state control (supervision), and so on.

The draft law developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and aimed to improve regulatory control in the field of accreditation was approved at the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation.
